On 13 and 14 May, Asma, our Co-president, and Virginie, our Head of Climate Mobilisations, represented The Climat’Optimists at the UNESCO Water Conference held in Paris 🇫🇷
As theme leader of our action on water issues, Asma was nominated by UNESCO as young water professional and invited to follow conference sessions as rapporteur 📝
The UNESCO Water Conference gathered more than 900 participants who could share their best practices and approaches to sustainable water governance and management 💧
Water education, gender equality, achievement of SDG6: Asma and Virginie could highlight the key role women and youth have to play in improving water governance and management worldwide! 🌿🌏☀️
