🎂 It’s our birthday! 🎂

There you have it folks! We’ve just blown out our first candle! One whole year of tangible actions since first participating in the Rise for Climate march on 8 September 2018. One whole year of heeding the call to action pronounced by Nicolas Hulot for the sake of climate and biodiversity 🐝

To celebrate our first birthday, we gifted ourselves with… a beach CleanUp! 😄 But that’s not all! We also had a thorough review of everything we’ve achieved throughout these past twelve months:

Baby Nappies: The Minister’s Reply! 👶

We recently reached out to the French Minister for the environment, Brune Poirson, in order to cast a light over the issue of toxic materials used in the production of baby nappies.

We wanted to directly enquire about the measures that could be taken in order to better inspect (in a faster and more transparent manner) the production process for such products. In addition, we wanted to raise awareness among parents about their composition, giving them the chance to opt for products less potentially harmful to their baby’s health.

Night of Biodiversity 💡

It’s the Night of Biodiversity! A fantastic opportunity for us to go out and check whether the lights in Paris’ store fronts and shop windows are switched off after 1:00am!

Unfortunately, on our outing, we discovered that this sadly wasn’t the case. We spotted such bad behaviour from a lot of major brands and chain stores, from the likes of Mango, BoConcept and Antonelle Paris, to La Brioche Dorée and NAF NAF, to name but a few 🙄
