Now here’s a crazy idea! What if we put some great, locally sourced produce back on the menu? You know: Lentils, chickpeas, kidney beans… and all those other great leguminous plants that are excellent for one’s health and respectful of the environment!
Well, this crazy proposal is that of Hari&Co, a French nutritional start-up offering organic vegetables produced right here in France!
As the IPCC and IPBES continually insist that we reduce our meat consumption, Hari&Co offer a viable solution. So, no more excuses not to favour a meat-free Monday!
